The new LCP pistol features a LaserMax CenterFire trigger-guard-mounted laser with ambidextrous on/off switch. The laser can be adjusted for both windage and elevation with an Allen wrench (included), and can be removed easily with a Phillips-head screwdriver.
These rugged, reliable LCP pistols are polymer-framed, hammer-fired, double-action only pistols, and have won the Shooting Industry Academy of Excellence "Handgun of the Year" award. Designed for snag free carry in a pocket or holster, and come with both flat bottom and finger groove extension magazine buttplates that can be changed to accommodate the shooter's preference.

CANCELLATIONS
Firearms
Orders for firearms may be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is received BEFORE the firearm has shipped. If the cancellation request is received AFTER the firearm has shipped, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee if you wish to proceed with cancellation.
Accessories
Orders for accessories may be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is received BEFORE the accessories have shipped. If the cancellation request is received AFTER the accessories have shipped, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs if you wish to proceed with cancellation.
RETURNS
Firearms
FIREARMS CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER THE TRANSFER PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the firearm BEFORE completing the transfer. If there is a problem with your firearm, contact us BEFORE completing the transfer. We will work with the receiving dealer to ship the firearm back to us at no cost to you. After we have received the defective firearm, you will have the option of receiving a replacement or receiving a refund for the defective firearm. We understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, by purchasing a firearm from us, you agree that upon discovering a defect in your transferred firearm that you will work with the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with their warranty policy). Any failed background check will result in a 20% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping fees.

Please call 1-682-233-3280 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and begin the return process. A return shipping label will be provided to you at no cost. You will have the option of receiving a replacement item or receiving a refund for the defective item.
Non-defective Accessories
Non-defective items that are not firearms or ammunition may be be returned within 30 days of receipt, however you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in 100% original condition with all labels, papers and packaging materials intact. SHIPPING INFORMATION
We strive to ship orders as soon as they are received. The average processing time is currently 7-10 business days after the order has been placed. The total time it takes to receive your order is the processing time plus the shipping time. For example, if it takes 4 business days to process your order and 3 business days to ship your order, you would receive your order 7 business days after it was placed. This is just an example. Your order could arrive sooner or later than the example. Please also remember that placing your order on a weekend (or a Friday night) is the same as placing it on a Monday morning. All times are figured on business days.
We use a combination of shipping carriers depending on the type of the item purchased as well as the location of where the item is being shipped.

It is YOUR responsibility to check your local laws before placing the order. All firearms will be shipped to a valid FFL holder in your state. The FFL holder will typically charge a nominal transfer free that you are responsible for paying.
